Kristin Jiles began her career as a sales executive in the recruitment industry. In late 2000 she launched eSearchPro which is a contingency recruitment consultancy that services North America.
In January of 2020, Kristin decided to dedicate all of her time to The Jiles Group which focuses on executive level recruiting services as well as consulting.
Kristin loves what she does and prides herself on being not only professional but also someone that is able to create a stellar experience for her clients. Her ability to match the right executive level candidates to the requirements of the client, as well as the loyalty of both her clients and candidates is truly her strength. Kristin strives to not only get the job done but with transparency and integrity at all times.
